- Founded in 2008 by Director Eugene Malatynski (originally Ultra Modern Sheds & Patios)
- Expanded to include civil construction in 2018 when Ian Malatynski joined
- Evolved into Ultra Modern Construction & Civil (UMCC) to serve industrial, residential, commercial and government clients
